FAQ

How long is the shelf life of Matcha?

After opening the seal, tea quality will go down gradually, so it is difficult to say when. However, we usually say that it will be the best to consume within one month or two.

Please store in a cool dark place such as refrigerator.

Please store it in a freezer if you have no plans for immediate use.

How much amount is used per serving?

It will depend on the size of the drink but usually we use around 3-4g of matcha for one serving of matcha latte. So 1kg (2.2lbs) bag will be around 350 servings.

For traditional straight matcha (usucha), we will use around 1.5-2g with 50ml of water. So 1kg (2.2lbs) bag will be around 500-600 servings.

What if a different product arrives?

We will resend the correct matcha right away within one to two business days. For the mistaken product, most likely you will be able to keep that as well.
