A Decade of Tea Expertise

I am the founder of ShiZen Tea, a small Japanese tea company nestled in downtown Tokyo. My journey into the world of tea began in my childhood, where I had the privilege of witnessing the art of Japanese tea ceremony, thanks to my mother's passion for Sadō.

Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to the study of Japanese tea, embarking on countless journeys to tea farms and factories across Japan. This pursuit culminated in my certification as a Japanese Tea Adviser.
